everything happened in a few seconds.. traumatizing experience.. the engine and bracket went in.. diving without BCD and gauge is indescribably scary.. as i descend, it became darker and darker, and eventually i can harder see my hand.. i held the anchor line freaking tight so that i will not drift away.. when my knee touched the sea bed, i freaked out abit.. hoisted myself abit using the anchor line.. i didnt find them in the end.. FML FML FML

the reason for my last 2 dives is to find stuffs.. shaun says at least im putting my skills to use.. it has been a tired week.. =|

i feel REALLY hardworking this sem... i cant believe that i'm praising myself.. i studied until my mum says that i looked very ke lian.. sitting at the same place, same position everyday.. and yup.. im still sitting at the same place but not exactly studying..

I saw yatee and gee at jusco! Omg.. Singapore is so small yet we met each other in Malaysia.. It's my first time driving in malaysia.. The carpark is freaking cheap.. First 2 hours free.. $1 per entry.. Wootz.. There was queue at all the petrol kiosks.. The jam at malaysia custom was quite bad..
After our performance practice, Lia, pm, fi, cat and I watched UP.. I was really tirrrred.. The show is gd but I can't help.. Had to steal some sleep time..

saturday - nua till evening, clean boat followed by skipper's briefing
sunday - rsyc regatta race day 1.. 3 races
tuesday - boat delivery back to RM
wednesday - rest!
thursday - skamp aka sports camp (dont feel appreciated.. but oh well, the freshies love it)
friday - boat delivery back to rsyc (mains haylard went into the mast! geez)
saturday - rsyc race day 2.. passage race (shorten course)
sunday - rsyc race day 3.. 3 minus 1 races (shorten course for both races).. funny thing about second race is the race comm started the race, flew AP at 1min before start and let the good wind gone by.. geez!
tuesday (today!) - i reached rsyc earlier than everyone who was supposed to be delivering the boat! anyways, boon xin nearly gave me a heart attack.. phew.. i must be crazy.. not delivering boat yet i appeared at rsyc and rm.. naice.. we had match racing meeting.. it was damn tiring.. haha.. how to think onboard like that? cham liao la..

those cuts on my arms hurt.. i washed the boat alone while the rest did land drills.. i think i cant stand the sight of dirty boat..

today i flew to the back of the boat when im hoisting the jib.. haha.. cos i positioned myself in a way where i use my body to aid the hoisting.. then boon xin just sweat the halyard with all his force and off i go~

we sailed on "The Fox".. old le marine.. it's a gd boat except the mast ring for now.. it's a regatta where 1 mistake will cost u positionss.. u simply cannot make the wrong decision and let others take advantage of it.. we learnt alot of new things.. very cool.. stingray drop, kiasu sailing, malaysian pole and tweakers..

funny stuffs:
- chris's monk story of how to endure the coldness(i felt damn cold in the heavy rain, although feeling damn cold at that time, i was kinda trying to picture what is he talking about)
- confirm not platu sails (after we carried the damn thing all the way from the marina office to the pontoon)
- the blue is fising
- 5 cokes and 1 lemon tea.. who's not drinking? i cannot forget that ultimate look..
- fishing line in 1 boat length.. *OMG ouch ouch ouch ouch*

I got a long cut on my thigh.. From being bow yest.. Funny stuffs happened yest.. Cat slipped off the boat after a wave hits, she was trying to show the keel to the rest.. LOL.. Chris and I (on mains) didn't know that she slipped off.. She was still holding on to the stanchion.. 2nd funny thing was the spin went round the front stay 10times! I swear I'm not bullshitting.. Ah Mui, chris and I struggled to bring it down..
Then cat says: zixian, u be bow, let Mui yi rest..
I think bow is damn fun but I swear I wouldn't wan to race as a bow.. Chris said that everytime I scream or something happen to mi, muiyi will laugh out loud... Not cool..

it started in batam.. then ah mui let me listen to the song.. i seldom go to the bookshop but last week, i stepped in and it's playing!

this is bad.. blue black on my face.. toothache and my left knee hurts like hell.. argh..

boat delivery was full of shit yesterday.. first, i slipped(again!) when boarding the powerboat and with the toast with on my hand (chris was still saying.. mission today is to be dry and clean).. then the engine cant work! swapped SMUmad(mission failure.. the engine is mother dirty).. then occasional engine stop does the same action to my heart.. and the hole on shengli's main sail got bigger when we were quite near RM..
nevertheless, i did get some entertainment onboard.. haha.. at least i felt relax.. =)

went to uncle jim's house yesterday night for visiting.. i was there quite early and chatted with jun hao, yan ting and yan hui.. the gals are leaving for australia today.. jun hao has finished his degree and is serving his NS now..
i wanted to go for city alive but a game of mahjong has stopped mi.. haha.. uncle francis sent mi home after that.. Thanks!

today's PT is full of injuries.. first, i slipped and slammed my face against the wall.. i think i blacked out for a very short while.. but continued.. then cat sprained her ankle.. tsk tsk tsk...

i enjoyed current ethics class than the monday class.. and yeah.. got group liaos.. trip to andrew's office found mi lunch buddies.. chris, sherry and ziyi.. and i kept my promise and taught chris abit of photoshop before his meeting..

i went RL and finished the last 2 episodes of little nyonya.. then met mr seah together with richard to get shengli's inspection documentation..

after that we met up with jacq, sherry, ah mui and terence.. jacq, jun jia and winfrid are leaving tml!! gonna miss them..

we went to this kelong seafood place on day 1 night for dinner.. nice food but the chilli fish dish nearly killed mi..

second night was KFC at this shopping mall in town.. Juno had spaces for some of us, hence we decided to get another van to go together.. some went for massage which i didn't go.. we went A&W instead for root beer and twisted fries.. and the rest went seafood-ing with Juno folks..

there was a party on the last night at the marina.. i forgot to mention that the marina is very nice and the president came to watch the race too.. which had also causes much inconvenience for us.. haha.. anyways, good food and free flow of beer.. which also made those national sailors to welcome us in a unique way to join them in drinking.. almost all of us were being carried over to their table for a drink..
after that was techno party at their place.. it reminds mi of music underground.. lol.. i ended up drinking at the balcony with richard, chris, cat, justin, cai, john and zhen.. and yes, they did make pm angsty.. and she really studied when she went back to our room!

leaving batam was sian enough liao then the 1 tack upwind passage race! it was more than very sian.. i nearly continued my nap.. while waiting for our passport clearance, john cant get his chilli chop game out of his brain and we started playing outside the room..

i enjoyed myself.. coin!

went for siss investiture yesterday.. although im quite tired after arts fest and FYP meeting, i enjoyed myself.. and yes, we started talking again with a series of vulgarities exchange... haha!

went CSC to clean the boat today.. SMUmad is super dirty.. chris didn't bring extra clothes so his job was to pull mi up and answer my phone.. haha.. i was cleaning the keel with my toes and i lost the sponge! haha.. super funny..!

passage race sucks big time.. first, our main helyard went up the mast then our side stay came off.. hell crazy..
we suck at downwind start.. and hell ya.. 3 classes started together.. we were the last second of the whole fleet! but we cross the finishing line about 3mins after the 4th platu.. still not that bad la.. for we spent more than 15 mins to settle the side stay and main sail..

we're aiming for first place for the rest to beat the navy lao jiaos.. woohoo!
we appeared on the asian yacht website.. sailor chicks.. ha.. chris said that maybe they're talking about ziyi.. haha!!

5th day in Langkawi.. ended second race day.. 3 more days to go.. island rounding tml.. cui big time.. the sun here seems to be nearer to us.. haha..
so far not that bad.. first race abit screwed up because of the mast ring.. but we still manage to catch up and keep our 3rd position.. =)
we came in second for race 2.. first for race 3 and 4.. haha.. we got our wish to beat BMW.. yeah~

the food at the parties are good.. haha.. nice ppl everywhere.. im happy here.. ^_^

very tiring but enjoyable.. good..
